Abstract Background Imported malaria parasites with anti-malarial drug resistance (ADR) from Africa is a serious public health challenge in non-malarial regions, including Wuhan, China. It crucial to assess the ADR status African Plasmodium falciparum isolates imported cases, as this will provide valuable information for rational medication and control. Methods During 2017–2019, cross-sectional study was carried out Peripheral blood 3 ml of returned migrant workers collected.
